Grandma Chris came for a nice week long visit at the end of November. We had awesome weather so we decided to head down to Colorado Springs to show her the Garden of the Gods.
Trying to hold 2 squirmy girls on the fence and get them to look at the camera is not an easy task!
Now it's up to Charlie to make sure they don't fall off!
I think Lucy will be an awesome mountain climber in about 4 years after living in the mountains. She has no fear!

After realizing she wasn't getting any higher, Lucy allowed Daddy to lift her down.
Charlie likes to think he can rock climb but his common sense prevents him from getting into dangerous situations.
Another dead end...
Staying on the sidewalk, like the sign recommends...
Lucy knew the sign advised staying on the sidewalk unless you were an experienced rock climber but she felt she was a good climber. Charlie, on the other hand, she said, was not a good climber because he had just tripped while running. So she kept reminding him to stay on the sidewalk while she scaled the large rocks...
