The harbour at Philipsburg.
Phil took the kids who were awake up to the Sun Deck to watch the ship dock.
After two days at sea, we're going to walk on land!
Another ship in the terminal.
On our way to the rental car!
We had a hard time deciding which beach to go to. We've been to most of them before but decided on Mullet Bay Beach.
It is a perfect beach with white sand, a small reef for snorkeling and the most amazing turquoise water!
Charlie is an awesome snorkeler!
Sea Urchins
Sergeant Majors Damselfish (I think)
I have no idea what these fish are, but we called them the ghost fish because they appear to be transparent. They were quite large (8 - 10 inches) and Lucy even saw them swimming past her in the shallow water.
After getting knocked over by a big wave, Chloe took it easy playing in the sand.
She would be content all day with a bucket, shovel and giant sandbox.
Lucy spent half her time in the water and the other half in the sand. She loves splashing in the waves but this beach had some larger waves every now and then that were actually able to make my mostly fearless girl a bit more cautious than usual.
Back aboard the cruise ship for an afternoon snack.
The sun is setting and our ship is ready to set sail.
Phil's got a handful!
The end of a wonderful day!
