Well, the time finally came... Lucy was making quite a bit of progress climbing out of the crib. She could easily get in and out when the side was down and was straddling the rail when it was up. So, the big girl bed got set up! 
Of course, she had to test it out!
It's been a challenge getting her to stay in bed, but it's been almost a month so the novelty of getting out has worn out...a bit. That and we had to put a lock on her door!
